They were fantastic in every regard. Answer the phone personally, reply to texts, give straight forward answers, and my teenage daughter said it felt like they were sitting with her to have coffee more than having a procedure. Every appointment (we had special circumstances to require several) was prompt, no waiting, and it was somehow also the most budget friendly (for insurance that doesn't really cover much). Thank you for your guidance, care, and precision. Y'all really are an expert at extractions, but also being a welcoming business and the most painless part of years of braces, periodontist, and dentists. Honestly the best hands I could’ve ever been in, after getting all 4 of my wisdoms removed the procedure was quick, the team were very sweet and supportive, and they have the best affordable payment plan options. Before my procedure they gave me a blanket and put on some of my favorite tunes to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend to others who might feel anxious or unsure who to trust, you will be in good hands here. Dr Malya & Simona were excellent! From start to finish the experience the top notch. Dr Malya does a wonderful job of explaining every step throughout the process and most importantly, he is honest on the best treatment plan. Did a wonderful job getting my wisdom teeth out, expecially with one that was in a more difficult area, they were able to remove it without compromising my other tooth! They were both very kind and fun to talk to. They reached out after the sergery too to make sure everything was fine. Also thurorly explained with the sedation/what teeth were appropriate to remove and why, aswell as explaining how they were ideal to remove now!
